"Customer service was just okay"
so I reached out to Lactaid customer service with a question about one of their products. They did get back to me, but it took a couple days and the response felt a little generic. The person was polite and answered most of what I asked, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially helpful either. Average overall.

I’ve been buying Lactaid for a while now, it feels like a fair trade-off if regular milk bothers your stomach. It has just a little bit of sweetness, but not so much that it tastes weird or overdone. I use it in cereal and coffee, and it works really well for both. Regular milk can upset my stomach, but this one doesn’t, so I’m happy to stick with it

I gave this a fair shot and tried it a few different times, hoping maybe it would grow on me. The first sip was okay, but every time, that weird aftertaste showed up and kind of ruined it. It’s chalky, overly sweet in a strange way, and just lingers too long. I kept thinking maybe I was being picky, but nope, I couldn’t get past it. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

I use Lactaid whenever I’m craving milk or ice cream but don’t want to deal with stomach issues afterward. Taste-wise, it’s close to regular dairy, and compared with a lot of store-brand lactose-free options I’ve tried, Lactaid usually has a more normal flavor and texture.

That said, I do wish some of the ingredients were a little cleaner. Depending on the product, there can be gums, sweeteners, or other add-ins that make it feel less simple than brands that lean more minimal or organic. It definitely works for me, but compared with competitors, I’d say it lands somewhere in the middle ingredient-wise.

"Works sometimes, but I expected better"
This helps me with milk most of the time, but it definitely isn’t perfect. I still end up with stomach issues here and there, so I’m careful when I use it. For the price, I expected more consistent results, and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or refund since it doesn’t fully do what I hoped.

I’ve been buying Lactaid milk for a while now, and the texture is the main reason I keep coming back to it.

I expected it to be a little thin or watery compared to regular milk, but it’s actually really smooth. I use it in cereal and coffee, and it doesn’t have that weird chalky feel or watered-down taste I was worried about.
The ice cream surprised me too. I thought it might be icy like some other lactose-free options I’ve tried, but it’s actually creamy and satisfying. Definitely a 5-star pick for me.

"Worth it, even if it costs a little more"
In the end, I’m glad I switched to Lactaid. I still get the protein and calcium I want from milk, but without the stomach issues I’d usually deal with. The taste is close to regular milk too, so it doesn’t feel like I’m giving anything up. My only real complaint is that I wish it were a bit cheaper.

The flavor is actually good overall, but I have to admit I felt a little misled by how sweet it was. I was expecting something more balanced, and this ended up being sweeter than I thought it would be.

I went on lactaid.com before heading out to buy milk, mostly thinking I probably wouldn’t find anything useful. But the coupons were actually easy to find, which surprised me. I saved a few bucks, and since I buy Lactaid all the time, that definitely helps. The site was simple enough, although I weirdly still felt like I was clicking around more than I needed to. Coupon worked fine at checkout, so no real complaints

"Fresh and cold, just how milk should be"
The milk arrived nice and cold, and it tasted really fresh. that’s all you can ask for with milk, if it shows up chilled and tastes good, it’s a win.

"Wish I’d Tried It Sooner"
I’ve been buying Lactaid for a while now, i kind of regret not switching to it earlier. The regular milk tastes totally normal to me, and the flavor options are really good. The chocolate one is definitely my favorite, and it doesn’t have that weird aftertaste I’ve noticed with some dairy-free stuff.

It’s just nice being able to drink milk again without worrying about my stomach afterward. I wasted way too much time avoiding milk or feeling miserable after having it, so this has been a really easy win for me. 5 stars
